   Austria's collection gold coin with a face value of 100 euro "Painting" part of the series "Art Treasures of Austria, " was released on November 5, 2003. Minted in the Austrian mint with a circulation of 30,000 units.

   The obverse of the gold coin depicts the famous Austrian artist Gustav Klimt in the process of working on two of his paintings. On the right side of the coin is the name of the artist "GUSTAV KLIMT" and the years of his life "1862-1918." On the left side is the name of the state "REPUBLIK ÖSTERREICH" as well as the face value of the coin "100 EURO" and the year of issue "2003."

   The reverse of the coin depicts one of Klimt's famous Kiss paintings. On the right is the inscription "DER KUSS" (German: "KISS").
