   The collectible gold coin of Austria with a face value of 100 euro "Crown of the Austrian Empire" was issued on November 14, 2012 and is the last in the series "Crowns of the House of Habsburg." Minted in the mint of Austria with a circulation of 30,000 coins.

   The obverse of the gold coin 100 euro depicts the crown of the Austrian Empire. On top of the semicircle is the name of the state "REPUBLIK ÖSTERREICH" and on the bottom is the inscription "DIE ÖSTERREICHISCHE KAISERKRONE." To the left of the crown is the denomination of the coin "100 EURO" and to the right is the year of issue "2012."

   The reverse of the coin depicts Emperor Franz Joseph I and the coat of arms of the Austrian Empire to his right. Above the image is the inscription "FRANZ JOZEPH I.."
