   Coins of Austria 20 euro cents were put into circulation in 2002. Issued at the Mint of Austria (Vienna). Designed by Josef Kaiser.

   The obverse of the 20 Euro cent coin depicts the main gate to the Upper Belvedere , a palace complex in Vienna built for Prince Eugene of Savoy at the beginning of the 18th century. Also indicated is the denomination of the coin "20 EURO CENT" and the year of its issue.
