Coin series "10 years of the Economic and Monetary Union" 2 euro Belgium

   A commemorative coin of Belgium in the series "10 Years of the Economic and Monetary Union" with a face value of 2 euro was issued in 2009 with a circulation of 5 million coins.

   The obverse of the commemorative coin depicts a stylized figure of a person and a symbol of the euro, over which there is an inscription in the three official languages ​ ​ of Belgium "BELGIÖ - BELGIQUE - BELGIEN." At the bottom of the coin is the abreviatura "Economic and Monetary Union" (WWU) and the year 1999-2009. On the outer ring are 12 stars of the European Union.
