Coin "100 years of the Royal Meteorological Institute of Belgium" 2 euro Belgium

   The commemorative coin "100 Years to the Royal Meteorological Institute of Belgium" with a face value of 2 euro was issued in 2013 with a circulation of 2.02 million coins.

   The obverse of the commemorative coin depicts the Sun, isobars, rain drops and snowflakes, as well as the anniversary number "100." In the central part of the coin there are abreviations of the Royal Meteorological Institute in Dutch and French - "KMI" and "IRM." The year of issue of the coin is indicated at the top. On the outer ring are 12 stars of the European Union.
