1 Eurocent, Belgium (1999 type)

   Coins of Belgium 1 Euro cent of the 1999 model were issued from 1999 to 2007 at the Royal Mint of Belgium in Brussels. The designer is Jan Alfons Keustermans.

   The obverse of the 1 euro cent coin depicts the profile of King Albert II of Belgium. On the outer ring are 12 EU stars. On the right side of the coin is a monogram of the king - the crowned letter "A" and the Roman number "II" as well as the year of issue of the coin.
