   Coins of Estonia 1 euro entered into cash circulation on January 1, 2011. Issued at the Mint of Finland. Designed by Lembit Lõhmus.

   On the obverse of a coin with a face value of 1 euro is a modern map of Estonia. Also on the coin is the year of issue and there is an inscription in Estonian "EESTI" (Estonia). On the outer ring are 12 stars of the European Union.
