Coin "French Presidency of the EU" 2 euro France

   France's commemorative coin "French Presidency of the EU" with a face value of 2 euro was issued in 2008 with a circulation of 20,094,000 coins.

   On the obverse of the commemorative coin is the inscription "PRÉSIDENCE FRANÇAISE UNION EUROPÉENNE" (French Presidency of the European Union), above which the year of the coin's issue is indicated, and at the bottom there is the country designation "RF" (RÉPUBLIQUE MINT and FRANISE DIRECTOR On the outer ring are 12 stars of the European Union.
