Euro 10 Year Cash Circulation Coin, 2 Euro Germany

   A commemorative coin of Germany "10 years of cash circulation euro" with a face value of 2 euro was issued in 2012 with a circulation of 30 million coins.

   On the obverse of the commemorative coin is a globe with a euro sign. It houses a family of four people, a ship, a factory, windmills, which symbolize the importance of the new currency in the economy of European countries and the life of citizens. At the top of the coin in a semicircle is the inscription "BUNDESREPUBLIK DEUTSCHLAND" (Federal Republic of Germany), and at the bottom are the dates 2002 and 2012 and the sign of the German Mint.
